Pinebrook has committed to blessing full-time pastors from the various denominations of the historic Christian church by providing Free or Discounted Personal Retreat lodging.

Free Stays – offered to pastors from churches with a current group reservation, or that have had a group retreat in the past 3 years.

Discounted Stays – the discounted staff rate is available for pastors from churches that do not have a current group reservation, or have not had a group retreat in the past 3 years.

• The spouse and/or dependent children are welcome to accompany the pastor in the same room.
• Lodging is provided per availability.
• Lodging may be reserved up to 4 nights per calendar year (Monday through Thursday nights) excluding Memorial Day through Labor Day and Christmas Day through New Year’s Day. Standard rates apply to stays on weekends or during these excluded dates.
• Free or discounted pastor stays are not available during any Pinebrook programmed events or in conjunction with other individual or group reservations.
• Pastors’ reservations may be made 7-60 days prior to the arrival date.
• Pinebrook reserves the right to provide lodging based on availability or to change the reserved room or retreat date based on operational needs.
• Meals at a discounted rate may be reserved at least 7 days in advance – as long as the dining room is open and operating for other guests. There are multiple quality, off-site restaurants and take-outs in nearby Stroudsburg and East Stroudsburg.
• Check-in at 4:00 PM (If you expect to arrive late, please notify the Front Desk, and we will make special arrangements for you.)
