Buffet-Style Dining

Our dining room serves delicious meals buffet-style 3 times a day: Breakfast (8:00 am), Lunch (12:00 pm), and Dinner (5:00 pm Monday – Thursday and Friday dinner is at 6:00).  Depending on the number of people being served we may ask you to come on the quarter or half hour to keep the line flowing smoothly. (Guest Group Coordinator will assign a time that works for all groups on property.)  The buffet line will be open for at least 30 minutes after your scheduled meal time.

Accommodating Dietary Restrictions

If you report allergies or other dietary needs in advance, we will do our best to accommodate those requests.

During your stay, you’ll need to identify yourself by presenting a “Special Dietary Request Form” (provided by the Front Desk or Guest Group Coordinator). Our staff will indicate the items on the buffet line that are suitable for you, and provide a substitute entrée
