Our venue is situated in the Pocono Mountains, close to winter skiing and snowtubing, plus multiple local attractions. Outdoor Activities

Basketball

Basketball court provides the space for playing your favorite high-energy game! Bring your own equipment or borrow ours, free of charge.

Campfires

Groups may reserve one of three campfire settings for evening activities: the Amphitheater for up to 200, Jeremiah Commons next to the Fellowship Hall, and Lakeside Campfire. (Your Group Coordinator will be able to assist you with this request.)

Disc Golf

Our highly rated 18-hole disc golf course is challenging and fun, enjoyed by Pinebrook guests and people in our local community; we host some tournaments each year. There is also a beginner-friendly 9-hole layout.

Gaga

Play this fun, popular version of dodge ball at our gaga court located in the playground beside the Fellowship Hall.

Paddle Boats

Hop into a paddle boat for a relaxing spin around the pretty lake that is on the property. Boats are available, with staff supervision, during specified hours from May through September.

Pinebrook Park

Pinebrook Park is located directly across Route 191, and has a 3-mile walking trail connecting several picnic areas with views of the beautiful Brodhead Creek that is central to the Brodhead Watershed. The park is open to Pinebrook guests and the local community. There is no fee for Pinebrook guests.

Playgrounds

Our playground area is located in the heart of the property, adjacent to the Guest Services building. There is a section especially for young children, and climbing elements, slides and swings for older children.

Gather for some friendly competition among family and friends! The outdoor shuffleboard is located across from the Guest Services Building.

Swimming Pool

Our outdoor pool is open afternoons and many evenings Memorial Day through Labor Day weekends. Our lifeguards are American Red Cross-certified and will give you their full attention while on duty.

Tennis

Two lighted tennis courts can be used to play both doubles and singles matches.  Bring your own equipment or borrow ours, free of charge.

Volleyball

Two lighted grass courts provide the space for playing your favorite high-energy game! Bring your own equipment or borrow ours, free of charge.

Winter Sports

Guests love our tubing run, located just past Overbrook. Tubes are kept at the hill and are free.

Indoor Activities

Our all-purpose Fellowship Hall offers one basketball court, one volleyball court and three pickleball courts. It’s also a great place for other active games. The Fellowship Hall is usually open afternoons for walk-in use, but can be reserved for recreation in the evenings by guest groups. This area is not available when a large guest group has it reserved for their meeting room space.

The indoor game room in our Guest Services building offers a ping-pong table, pool tables and air hockey with seating adjacent to the fireplace.

Located in our Guest Services Building, the indoor pool is open seasonally and can be scheduled for a group or enjoyed by all during pool hours.  (Speak to your Group Coordinator to reserve the pool for your group.)

Local Attractions

The Pocono Mountains will arouse your senses with a beauty all their own! Flowing waterfalls, intimate forests and fresh mountain streams await your family for an abundance of outdoor opportunities only a short drive from Pinebrook. The Pocono Mountains Visitors Bureau offers plenty of helpful information for nearby attractions.
