About Personal Retreats for Pastors

Our goal is to provide a few days of freedom from your demanding daily life and ministry in this tranquil 134-acre space. We hope you’ll experience deepened connections with both your family and with God.

Below is an overview of our free and discounted stays:

Free Stays – If you are a full-time pastor from a church with a current group reservation, or one that has held a group retreat at Pinebrook in the past 3 years, you are eligible for a free stay at Pinebrook. We thank you for supporting our mission of “Pointing People Toward Christ!”

Discounted Stays – For Christian pastors whose churches do not have a current group reservation or have not hosted a retreat in the past 3 years, we happily offer you our discounted staff rate. This rate enables pastors to take a well-needed retreat at an affordable price.

Accommodations for Families – Do you have a spouse or family members you’d like to bring with you on your personal pastor’s retreat? We understand the important role they play in your ministry, and we offer plenty of retreat lodging to accommodate all of you as you enjoy this time together.

Lodging Details & Availability

To ensure that Pinebrook’s personal pastors retreats are widely available and accessible to anyone who wishes to book, we follow these accommodation guidelines:

Seasonal & Weekend Exceptions: Personal pastors retreats can be booked for up to 4 nights per calendar year (Monday through Thursday), excluding Memorial Day through Labor Day weekends, and Christmas Day through New Year’s Day. During these peak dates and over weekends, standard rates apply. Also, free or discounted pastor stays are not available during any of Pinebrook’s programmed events or in conjunction with other individual or group reservations.

Advanced Bookings: Lodging for your retreat can be booked 7-60 days prior to your planned arrival. However, Pinebrook reserves the right to provide lodging based on availability, or to change the reserved room or retreat date based on operational needs.

Meals & Food: When the dining room is open and operating for other guests, meals and food can be booked 7 days in advance for a discounted rate. However, if the dining room is closed, there are many excellent off-site restaurants and take-outs nearby in Stroudsburg and East Stroudsburg.

Check-in and Checkout: The check-in time is 4:00 PM, and checkout is 10:00 AM. If you expect to arrive late, please notify our front desk team to make special arrangements for you. A late checkout is not available.
