Meeting Rooms at Pinebrook accommodate the needs of groups of from 10-440 people. These areas are for groups to use for gathering, lounging, and services. Meal plans are also available with buffet-style service in our Dining Hall. All amenities are within easy reach of all lodging facilities. There is also an outdoor amphitheater and campfire areas for groups to reserve. Relax…let the Spirit of God connect your hearts and minds to Him!

Fellowship Hall
Fellowship Hall is our largest meeting space. It is a flexible-use facility, with the ability to serve either as a gym, or meeting & worship space for large groups of 160-450 people . The spacious venue provides a stage for performing, speaking or worship leading. Audio visual equipment and lighting is built into this space and available for each groups use. (Additional fees may apply)
Convenient restrooms are located in the guest foyer.
White Chapel
White Chapel is located near three central points on campus – the Guest Services building, Fellowship Hall, and the Dining Hall. It’s an ideal space for groups of 100-160 people, featuring built-in audiovisual equipment, room lighting options, raised platform stage, and piano. There is also a snack counter at the back of the room with a sink, microwave, small fridge and cupboard space.
Echobrook 1, 2 & 3
Echobrook is centrally located near the Guest Services Building and the Dining Hall. It offers 3 meeting rooms that are conducive for breakouts, worship, seminars or fellowship. It has interior restrooms and offers audiovisual equipment if needed. (An additional fee may apply)

- Echobrook #2 – Capacity of 30 people
- Echobrook #3 – Capacity of 90 people
Echobrook 1 & 2 are adjoining and ideal for breakout sessions or to have a separate space for children.
Meadowbrook
- Lounge – This spacious lounge can seat 24+ people, ideal for meetings or simply relaxing.
- Meeting Room – Located on the lower level of Meadowbrook. Its capacity is up to 40 people, with interior restrooms and audiovisual equipment available as needed. (An additional fee may apply.)
Noel’s Nook Amphitheater
Noel’s Nook Amphitheater is an outdoor space with a seating capacity of 200 people. This is a wonderful evening venue for campfires and worship. The amphitheater is located across from Overbrook lodge.
Overbrook Chapel
Overbrook Chapel is nestled in the center of Overbrook lodging. It offers a capacity of up to 80 people, with a stone fireplace to add charm. Audiovisual equipment is available as needed; an additional fee may apply.
Clearbrook Chapel
Clearbrook Meeting Room is on the lower level of Overbrook Lodge. Floor to ceiling windows and double glass doors with walkout access provide natural lighting in the room. There is a snack counter with sink and under counter fridge along with two restrooms. The meeting space can accommodate 100 people.
(LCD projection screens and PA system are available for an additional fee).
Cornerbrook
- Meeting Room – Located in the Guest Services Building with a capacity of up to 24 people. Audiovisual equipment is available; an additional fee may apply.
Stoneybrook 1 & 2
This two-story building features two meeting rooms. Audiovisual equipment is available; an additional fee may apply.
- Stoneybrook 1 – lower level. Its capacity is up to 40 people, with interior restrooms.
- Stoneybrook 2 – upper level. It offers a capacity of up to 50 people.
